A: NO! We have a “NO TOUCH” policy. None of our actors will touch you and you cannot touch any of them.

A: NO, as always there is no charge for parking.

A: For safety concerns the attractions may have to close early. Contact 480-332-8095 for the most up to date weather related openings.

A: We do not recommend The Crypt or The Asylum Haunted Houses for children under 10. However, it is at the parent’s discretion. All children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

A: Ultimate Fright Pass:  $25 – Admission into all three attractions; the CRYPT and ASYLUM and CHAOS MAZE

Single Haunted House: $18 – Admission into the CRYPT or ASYLUM


Fast Pass Tickets Available –  Skip ahead of general admission ticket holders are available.  Enter both The Crypt and Asylum haunts FAST $35.

A: No. There is no difference in price, shows are always designed to be equally entertaining for children and adults.

A: See the EMPLOYMENT page for audition information.

A: We recommend for you to come as early as possible, the Haunted Attractions open at 7 PM. Later in the season the Ticket Office may open earlier for guest to purchase tickets.

A: Yes, the park is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Security Officers.  The Crypt Haunted Attractions have a Zero Tolerance policy for Trouble Makers. Trouble Makers will be ejected from the park without refund.  We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!

A: Costumes and masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests.

A: Yes. No Pets, No Costumes or Halloween makeup unless cleared with us first, No Masks, NO flash photography in any of the haunted attraction. NO video cameras in the haunted attraction.

A: Yes! Group discounts are available for groups of 15 or more when arrangements are made in Advance – contact Keith at 480-332-8095, or CLICK HERE to connect.

Group Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance, and no refunds are offered on any unused tickets- contact us for more details.

A: No.  The Crypt and The Asylum change aspects of their shows every year so that it can provide a uniquely entertaining experience.

A: Our policy is no refunds. If you do not make it through the haunted house entrance, and your ticket has not been torn, any unused tickets will be honored any night we are open for the remainder of that season.
